I am a high school English teacher, mother of twins and a writer. My focus is on young adult and new adult writing. I'm currently working on fantasy, science fiction and historical fiction manuscripts. If you work in the literary field and you want to talk, beta read each other's work, or need a critiquing partner, I am available. I'm also interested in social justice issues, feminism, public education and politics. This blog will be a space to write about everything from writing, teaching, the criminal justice system, technology, and other topics that catch my fancy.
